Burley Hall is situated amid the Wharfe Valley’s stunning scenery, in the pretty village of Burley-in-Wharfedale. Local shops are close at hand, and it has excellent travel connections to Leeds and North Yorkshire for family and friends. The imposing listed building of Yorkshire stone retains many original features. It is complemented by a sympathetically designed extension, in which most of the rooms have patio doors leading onto a secluded walled garden and patio. There is a choice of lounges and dining areas, one with waitress service, and a licensed bar where residents may enjoy a pre-dinner drink. Bright and airy bedrooms are furnished to the highest standards, and all have en-suite facilities. Daily activities include gardening, gentle exercise, sherry mornings and occasional trips. The scenic countryside and local towns can be enjoyed on trips or with family and friends. Burley Hall also offers care to older people with physical disabilities and dementia care.

Directions

From the A65, follow the signs for Burley-in-Wharfedale. Entering the village from either direction, take the driveway down the side of Cutler's Restaurant, which is situated on Main Street. Burley Hall is located on the right hand side, behind St Mary's church.
