Set in the village of Broadway, Worcestershire, amongst the stunning rolling hills of the English countryside, Brompton House is a spacious, white rendered property surrounded by landscaped gardens. Built in the 1920s and once privately owned, it is a warm and inviting home catering for those who need daily nursing or respite care for a short period. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities and we encourage residents to personalise their rooms with their own possessions. Some bedrooms have patio doors leading onto one of our two delightful gardens. Residents can enjoy the quiet top garden with the shade of the summerhouse or take in the sounds and smells of the sensory garden. There are also a number of rooms to relax in throughout the home. The large room is lounge is the perfect retreat for reading the papers, while the library stocks books to suit all tastes. At Brompton House we are proud to offer activities to suit all interests and levels of mobility. Activities include aromatherapy, reflexology, trips to local places of interest including Sudeley Castle and the Hidcote Manor Gardens, pub lunches, floral art, reminiscence therapy and light exercise sessions. In addition local retailers visit the home, and during the summer residents enjoy regular fetes and an annual flower show on the village green. |
